About Brazil
|
The attractions and reasons are obvious; climate, views, health,
water, sun, sea and sand. Not to mention sound economic conditions.
Falling interest rates, falling inflation and high returns on
investment as well as the opening up of the Brazilian economy,
with several large constructors going public, are all fuelling a
real estate boom.
Brazil has over 7,500 km of coastline and the North East
alone has
almost 3,500 km of coastal land.
Not all of this land
however is suitable for development. There
is a finite amount of suitable land that:
• Is not protected land and therefore has
planning permission or it is possible
to get planning permission
• Has good communication and road links
• Is close to major cities and international airports
• Has access to utilities such as water, electricity and communications
(this is often limited)
